About Zoe:

My name is Zoe Griffiths, I have worked in early years for 15 years, being a deputy manager for the previous four years. I have a BA Honours in Integrated working with children and families and a Foundation Degree in Early Years. I am also an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead and Special Educational Needs Coordinator.

One of my roles within the setting is Level 3 forest school leader. I am passionate about promoting outdoor play, children and young people are stimulated by the outdoors this encourages an increase in their self-belief, confidence, learning capacity, enthusiasm, communication and problem-solving skills and emotional well-being.

I believe learning comes naturally when your child is given the right environment to develop.

I’m Kelly Lobley, I have studied Early Years and Education Studies at University and have progressed to be an Early Years Teacher.
I have worked in childcare since 2015 and have a strong desire and passion to provide children in their early years with the best practice and provision possible. I believe children grow through play opportunities, in safe and stimulating environments. I love to see children developing and achieving their next steps, whilst making friends and having fun.

About Claire:

My name is Claire Greer and I am the Room Leader in the Little Adventurers room, working with children aged 2 years and above.

I have 7 years’ experience working with children from 0 – 6 years.

I like to make the day as much fun as possible whilst providing teaching moments based on the children’s interests.

I am very passionate about enabling the children to be independent and observe their own experiences through play.

It makes me enormously proud to see a child learn something new, knowing that I have helped to support them that little bit.

About Hannah:

My name is Hannah Richards and I am a level 3 qualified practitioner working with the under two-year olds.

I have over 10 years’ experience working with children, and many of these years have been spent working with under 2’s and supporting in a baby room.

I am very passionate about helping children to learn and develop through play.

I have two children of my own, one girl and one boy, and we love going on days out as a family.

I am a qualified Paediatric First Aider and have completed various CPD courses to improve my practice.

About Georgia:

My name is Georgia O’Donnell and I am a level 3 qualified practitioner working with the over 2’s.

I qualified last years having studied for 3 years, having worked very hard in order to achieve my qualification as working with children is something I have always wanted to do.

I really enjoy messy play and fun activities such as singing and dancing and I love to see all the children happy and bubbly!

I get great satisfaction from seeing all children develop and learn through all sorts of play.

About Amy:

I am a 19 year old Level 3 qualified Childcare Nursery Practitioner. I love to see children grow, develop, learn and gain independence. Working with children has always been a passion of mine and I enjoy every second of it.

I am passionate about supporting children through their journey and watching them achieve each milestone in their lives. Having the opportunity to be a part of each individual childs’ adventure of developing and progressing fills me with joy as it allows me to visually see the effects of my teaching and encouragement towards each child.
